 Sullivan Interests started with the Sullivan Brothers (Todd, John and Billy) mowing lawns to earn enough money to pay their way through college. Sullivan Interests has developed residential and commercial projects along the Gulf Coast. Sullivan Industrial offers heavy marine construction services and dredging through Callan Marine and also operates a multimodal transloading facility through Texas International Terminals. Sullivan Environmental Services is the general partner of Sullivan Land Services which offers comprehensive site construction services including full infrastructure construction, disaster recovery services, levee construction and is one of the largest commercial landscaping firms in Southeast Texas. Sullivan Environmental Services is also the general partner of Energyguard Foam Insulators which provide spray-foam insulation in the greater Houston area.
